The Holy 'C'rail

Super-fused EPS core, RR Epoxy resin, uni-directional carbon reinforced rails and parabolic stringers.

Advances in Epoxy resins and Polystyrene blanks have made it possible to create a highly durable, light weight and flexible surfboard.

Certain mass produced Epoxy boards lack 'feel' and are limited in flex patterns.  Through research and field testing Morph believes that the Holy 'C'rail method of porduction gives all of the benefits of Epoxy/Polystyrene construction whilst closely mirroring both the flex and feel that the standard Polyester/Polyurethane boards give.

This cutting edge construction method can be adapted to suit a variety of the Morph models.
